My son had an orthodontic emergency and we were unable to get into his orthodontist before leaving for our vacation. Abbotsford Orthodontics not only helped us, but the entire staff was super friendly and went above and beyond all my expectations! I cannot recommend them enough!

Staff are all very kind and my daughters teeth look amazing!!!

Our daughter had to go in yesterday for a quick wire fix; while there, one incredible staff member went far over and above anything I expected from any office! Given that the temperature was over 30° C at the time, she offered to watch my 45lb, 4.5 month old puppy INSIDE their office so I could quickly go in to chat with Dr. Felti. Not only am I grateful my sweet pup didn’t have to stay outside in the heat and by herself, (something I’m not comfortable with just yet given her age), the lovely employee also sat with my pup the entire time, she was incredibly gentle with her, and even made sure that my pup was very comfortable there for the time being:):) Not only did this one employee shine in my eyes, every employee that could, took a quick moment to go and greet her, and welcome her with a friendly hello and pat!:) Never did I hear one person complain about a dog being inside, which is obviously something I am aware that isn’t an average day in an orthodontics office!;):) This was definitely one of those moments in life that by no means was expected, but was truly a beautiful act of kindness that is very appreciated, and one that I will forever be grateful for!:)As lovely as that situation was with our pup, that isn’t something that you will likely go see Dr. Felti at Abbotsford Orthodontic for;):)… so I would also like to share our daughters, (and ours, as her parents), experience to date with Dr. Felti and the staff at Abbotsford Orthodontics.Since our daughter had her braces first put on 4 months ago, the staff have been very friendly and courteous, the braces were put on quickly and painlessly, the initial meeting was seamless, and to date, all the adjustments have been smooth, painless, and quick!:) There have been a few times she’s had to go in-between adjustment appointments for one thing or another, and we’ve never had to wait days to get in, (usually being offered a time that same day), and all of them have also been quick and painless.We have already seen her teeth move in the right direction and are very happy so far!.. of course we’re all excited to see the end result, but in the meantime, my husband and I are very happy, that for the next year and a half, we know she is in such great hands with Dr. Felti and her team!:)I’d highly recommend Dr. Felti to anyone, because at the end of the day, there are going to be many places you can go to get braces, but when you’re considering dealing with a company for a solid 2 years for your child, you’re going to want to feel confident with a few very important things!.. you will want to know that they’re safe there, (which there is no doubt here), their being well taken care of, their not experiencing a bunch of unnecessary pain during adjustments, and that you can feel at ease knowing the job is being done accurately, and in a quick timeframe! All of the above statements run very true with Dr. Felti!.. without a doubt, we’re very happy we chose her for our daughter!:):)Thank you Dr. Felti, and all the staff at Abbotsford Orthodontics, for everything!:)Blessings

Had a consultation with them and they are so efficient and professional! Each person I saw whether it was the front desk, getting x-rays and images, for the consult, and the orthodontist, all were so helpful and really thorough with explaining each thing they were doing.

Wonderful staff and always on time. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I always ask a ton of questions and Dr. Felty is always happy to explain what is happening with my teeth and bite.
